Yosh Halberstam is a Senior Financial Economist at the 多宝游戏下载 Center for Financial Research in the Division of Insurance and Research. Before joining the 多宝游戏下载 in 2021, Yosh was Assistant Professor in the Economics Department at the University of Toronto. He received his PhD in economics from Northwestern University in 2011.
