The entities were incorporated in the state of Indiana; however, the actual location of their operations is unknown. The State of Indiana Department of Financial Institutions has not issued a banking license to these entities, and they are not authorized to conduct a banking business in the state. Proposed transactions involving these entities should be viewed with extreme caution. The entities are:

• American National Investment Banking Group, Inc.
• American Overseas Investment Banking Corporation
• U.S. Banking Confederation for Investment, Inc.
• U.S. Central Investment Banking Alliance, Inc.

Please forward any information about these entities to the State of Indiana Department of Financial Institutions, 402 West Washington Street, Room W066, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.
