On March 7, 2002, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) amended its listing of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons by removing the following Specially Designated Narcotics Trafficker:

• DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS [Offices in St. Kitts & Nevis, West Indies ONLY], Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport, P.O. Box 803, Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis, West Indies; Church Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis, West Indies

Attached is a copy of the OFAC bulletin announcing the removal. Also attached is information from OFAC containing all changes to the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons since January 1, 2002. OFAC has asked that we distribute the information to all �౦��Ϸ����-supervised institutions so records can be checked for accounts that are required to be blocked. OFAC information also may be found on the Internet at .
