On June 6, 2003, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) amended its list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDNs) by adding several names to OFAC's listing of Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs). OFAC also amended the AL-AQSA APANMAL STIFTELSE listings to AL-AQSA SPANMAL STIFTELSE, resulting in a change to all related entries. The listings of the new SDGTs and the revised listings of AL-AQSA APANMAL STIFTELSE are attached.

OFAC has asked that we distribute the information to all �౦��Ϸ����-supervised institutions so records can be checked for accounts that are required to be blocked. OFAC information also may be found on the Internet at www.treas.gov/ofac/.
