�౦��Ϸ���� (�౦��Ϸ����) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in January. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for March 2018.

The �౦��Ϸ���� issued a total of 12 orders in January. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of four Section 19 orders; three removal and prohibition orders; two civil money penalties; and three terminations of consent orders.

Congress created the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in 1933 to restore public confidence in the nation's banking system.
