�౦��Ϸ���� (�౦��Ϸ����) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in February. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for April 2019.

The �౦��Ϸ���� issued a total of 20 orders, including one order issued in January 2019. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of five Section 19 orders; four prohibition orders; two voluntary termination of insurance orders; one termination of a prompt corrective action; one order to pay civil money penalties; and seven terminations of consent orders.

Congress created the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in 1933 to restore public confidence in the nation's banking system.
