This forum will focus on identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to encourage banks and key community stakeholders to assist in funding the creation of a Community Development Corporation (CDC) in San Luis Obispo County. The CDC would exist to improve the financial stability of low- and moderate-income residents and small businesses throughout unincorporated San Luis Obispo County, initially focusing on Oceano, CA.
