The forum will encourage banks, affordable housing developers, non-profits, housing finance agencies, and local governments to explore innovative solutions, such as Community Land Trusts, Special Purpose Credit Programs (SPCPs), and Accessory Dwelling Units/Tiny Homes to increase affordable housing supply. Representatives will share and discuss strategic approaches and resources to help advance affordable housing development and preservation.
